EOS 500D Rebel T1i Accessories
There are many accessories for the EOS 500D Rebel T1i. The EF-S series of lenses are especially made to work well with this camera. An extra battery or two will come in handy if you plan on long excursions or shooting lots of video. If you're going to shoot a lot of video, you'll probably want extra memory cards as well.
